Giving Back to the
Community

Giving back to and serving the community is a way of life for Kathryn McHale. She has spent countless volunteer hours since returning to her home town. She became a community leader while being a member of and serving as President of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Having lost too many family members and friends to breast cancer, Ms. McHale has proudly volunteered, sponsored and served as a Board member of the South Florida Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Chair of the Race for the Cure with the hope that the promise between two sisters will be fulfilled when a cure is found to eradicate this disease that affects one in eight women. Ms. McHale is active in the community through organizations which promote child abuse awareness and other issues involving children.

Ms. McHale has served on the boards for the following great organizations: Quantum House, Friends of John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, Cities in Schools, and the Center for Children in Crisis. She serves as Past Chairman of the Quantum House Advisory Council, a volunteer group of individuals from the community who give their time and talent to serve children and families.

Kathryn L. McHale, LLC generously supports other local charities through sponsorships, including Play for P.I.N.K. and the Briana Lawson Foundation Have a “Breezy” Day Golf Tournament. She proudly sponsors Fleet Feet Sports Stuart – Run for Your Heart 5K/10K whose proceeds benefit Martin Health Foundation’s Frances Langford Heart Center.
