Mediation & Arbitration

We are available for E-Mediations/Virtual mediations and ProSe Divorce mediations.

Many disputes are amenable to early resolution through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mediation is a time-tested, cost-effective alternative to litigation. A mediator is a neutral third party who helps the parties understand the issues in a dispute and assists each side to reach an agreement. In the state of Florida and federal court, nearly all civil cases are ordered to mediation before trial. Ms. McHale is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Law Mediator.  She is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. She is member of the Construction and Employment Panels for the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and a mediator.  She is also a FINRA Arbitrator.  The mediation process allows the parties to control the outcome instead of the resolution being in the hands of a Judge or jury. A problem-solving philosophy is brought to the negotiating table during mediation. Because of Ms. McHale’s diverse background, she brings the necessary understanding of a variety of claims and issues which will assist in the mediation process.  Mediation services are available statewide.
